Fur Baby is a pet memorial and emotional support platform offering pet profile management, digital memorials, grief journals, community interaction, and AI companion features. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services with prior notice.
2. Account Registration & Responsibility
You must log in via Manus OAuth to access full features. You are responsible for maintaining account security and all activities under your account. Do not share accounts or impersonate others.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to post illegal, hateful, harassing, fraudulent, or infringing content. Automated scraping, interference with platform operations, or abuse of other users is prohibited. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Content Ownership
Content you upload (photos, text, stories) remains yours. By posting, you grant Fur Baby a non-exclusive license to display and distribute that content within the platform. We will never use your content for commercial advertising.
5. Intellectual Property
Fur Baby's design, code, brand identity, and original content are protected by copyright and owned by the Fur Baby team. Reproduction or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.
6. Disclaimer
The AI companion feature is for emotional support only and does not constitute professional psychological or therapeutic advice. If you are experiencing serious grief or mental health challenges, please seek professional support.
7. Service Interruption & Termination
We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for interruptions caused by maintenance or force majeure. You may delete your account at any time; your data will be handled per our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via platform notification or email. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
